Heather is the Behavioral Health Manager at TEAM. She earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute in California and also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge. Heather has been a licensed therapist in various settings, including residential treatment, private practice, and community outpatient clinics. She has extensive experience in crisis situations, particularly in collaborating with law enforcement to respond to 911 crisis calls.
